US VP Pence: Hopeful China will step forward

United States Vice President Mike Pence crossed the wires in the last minutes saying that they were hopeful that China will "step forward" in trade negotiations. The VP reiterated that there will be a meeting with President Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi at the G20 and further added that Trump had "forged a good relationship" with President Xi.
