Dutch PM Rutte: Italy is simply not doing the work to stabilize its finances

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, in an interview to BBG TV this Friday, said that ECB presidency isn't part of the parliamentary debate at the moment but the next President should not come from the south of Europe.
