Fed’s Evans: U.S. economy is doing well, fundamentals are good

Federal Reserve Evans has been crossing the wries of late and has made some further comments into Wall Streets close as follows:

  • Foreign economies are ‘a little weaker’.
  • Choice of 25-50bp rate cut is a question of strategy.
  • Says a larger cut could reach inflation target faster.
