US Pres. Trump to meet with trade advisers at 19:30 GMT – Bloomberg

United States President Donald Trump will meet with his trade advisers at 19:30 GMT, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, White House economic adviser Kudlow and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin are expected to attend the meeting.

Earlier in the day, reports suggesting that the US was considering to offer a 50% reduction on $360 billion worth of Chinese imports provided a boost to the market sentiment and caused the 10-year US Treasury bond yield to add more than 5% on a daily basis. Additionally, "getting very close to a big deal with China. They want it, and so do we," Trump tweeted out.
