Moody’s: Italy’s GDP to contract 9.3% in 2020

According to the Chief Economist at Moody’s Investor Service, Italy’s GDP is seen contracting 9.3% in 2020 while it’s expected to grow 6.1% in 2021, La Stampa reports.

He added that the Rome government is responding to the coronavirus crisis as would be expected and hoped for.
