AUD/NZD falls to 7-week lows, eyes 1.0700
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The Kiwi strengthened across the board after Wall Street closing bell and pushed the AUD/NZD to fresh 7-week lows. The pair broke below 1.0720 and fell to 1.0708, a level not seen since May 6.
The Aussie continues to retreated versus the Kiwi after hitting at the beginning of the month, 2014 highs above 1.1000. The AUD/NZD failed to hold and started to pull back but then made a strong reversal, accelerating the decline below 1.0900.
On Wednesday bottomed at 1.0742, during Thursday broke previous lows and dropped toward 1.0700. Below the mentioned level, the next support could be located at 1.0670 and then 1.0645 (May 6 low).
