European Parliament approves Juncker as European Commission President

FXStreet (Łódź) - European Parliament approves Juncker as European Commission President
Members of the European Parliament officially elected former Luxembourg PM Jean-Claude Juncker to succeed Jose Manuel Barroso as the President of the European Commission.

Juncker, who received 422 votes in favor out of the total 729, will assume the responsibilities on November 1.
