Japan’s Kato: Closely watching market moves

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato said Monday, they are closely watching the market moves while declining to comment on stock prices.

He said that they sternly protested against China over its patrol ships' entry into waters near disputed East China Sea islands.
