Gold retreats from $1,318
FXStreet (Córdoba) - Gold is hovering slightly above $1,310 after moving away from daily highs. On European hours the yellow metal rose to $1,318 but then pulled back, erasing gains.
During the Asian session bottomed at $1,307.30 and currently trades at $1,311 around the same price it had at the beginning of the day.
Last week XAU/USD posted the first weekly decline after rising in the previous six, making a strong reversion but it managed to finish off session lows. Price tumbled to $1,292 on Tuesday but then bounced to the upside, ending around $1,309.
