Ukraine Negotiator: Optimistic following talks in Istanbul with Russia, peace deal to be put to referendum

Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak said on Wednesday that he is optimistic after peace talks with Russia in Istanbul on Tuesday, reported Reuters. Podolyak added that a peace deal with Russia would be put to a national referendum after Russia withdraws its troops to their February 23 positions.
