USD/CHF jumps to test 0.9520

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US Dollar is rising across the board and against the Swiss Franc the Greenback has jumped around 40 pips in the last hour from 0.9480 to break above the 0.9500 area and reach highest since June 3 at 0.9522.

Currently the USD/CHF is trading at 0.9510, 0.60% positive on the day. The short term perspective is slightly bullish according to the FXstreet.com trend index. Indicators such as MACD, CCI and Momentum are pointing to the north while the Stochastic is bearish.

Above the 0.9520, next resistances are at 0.9665, 0.9620 and 0.9700. On the downside, below the 0.9470, next supports are at 0.9445, 0.9435 and 0.9410.

EU to send experts to help fight youth unemployment in Spain

European Commission president José Manuel Durao Barroso said today that teams of specialists would be sent to Spain and other EU countries with high youth unemployment. Their aim would be to prepare a plan to boost employment, which Spain needs to present in order to obtain the 1.9 billion euro aid approved last week.
